Technical Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and further building of a Customer Portal that integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and multiple external systems via APIs and middleware.

The Architect will play a key role in defining the technical strategy, solution design, integration patterns, and governance model to ensure a scalable, secure, and high performing digital platform.

Required knowledge and skills

• 6+ years of experience in software architecture or solution design, with at least 1+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform architecture.
•  Proven experience architecting customer portals or self-service platforms with complex integration landscapes.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem technologies: Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions, Service Bus).
• Hands-on experience designing and managing RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration middleware.
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and identity management (Azure AD B2C, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
•  Solid understanding of data modeling, system design, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Excellent English communication skills. Dutch is a nice-to-have.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Background in cloud-native or hybrid architectures.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (or equivalent). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
