Consulting Team Lead - Adoption and Change Management

I am partnered with a Microsoft partnered Consultancy that are currently looking for a  Team Lead / Managing consultant for adoption & change management for Microsoft technologies 

In this position, you will bring your strategic and operational strengths by being responsible for our ACM business on the one hand and working on customer projects on the other. 

Key Responsibilities and Requirements: 
 

• Responsibility for the ACM business and work closely with other departments (e.g. sales, marketing, other consulting areas).  
• Lead a team of 3 consultants and promote the further development of the team members and the business.
• Improve existing structures or create new ones, identify business potential, develop the range of services and provide impetus for strategic development.
• Driving adoption of Microsoft 365 and change in organizations as well as develop the business  
• Are you ready to take on responsibility, inspire people and support technological changes in a structured manner?
• You design workshops independently and in a goal-oriented manner, conduct them and derive recommendations for customers from the results.
• Manage your projects independently (e.g. regarding order volume, change  requests , follow-up orders)
• Enjoy continuous personal development through training and certifications.
• Your enthusiasm  for Microsoft Cloud  technologies  means you are up to date with innovations, acquire knowledge independently and share it.
