Business Development Tech Lead (Biz Apps / Power Platform)

Salary: Up to €100,000 OTE
Energize are partnered with a leading Reseller of Microsoft products based in over 30 countries across the globe. this role will sit within the Central Business Applications Team as a Business Development Tech Lead. This is a high-impact role driving the growth and adoption of Microsoft Business Applications, especially Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Platform, and AI-integrated solutions across a network of partners in more than 30 countries.
This isn’t your standard sales role — we’re after a commercially-savvy tech leader who can scale success through enablement, mentoring, and thought leadership. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external partners, developing accounts through training, enablement, and strategic technical sales.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic business developer, supporting and scaling partner capabilities through a “teach-the-teacher” approach.

Engage with C-level stakeholders in a consultative manner to understand business needs and drive value through Biz Apps.

Drive net new revenue by onboarding and enabling new partners, as well as growing existing ones.

Lead online enablement sessions to help local sales and technical teams implement Biz Apps and Power Platform tools.

Distinguish between low-code solutions (Power Platform) and traditional ERP integrations, supporting both technically and commercially.

Be a bridge between technical pre-sales and business value storytelling.
What We’re Looking For

Senior mindset with a natural curiosity, open-mindedness, and the ability to ask the right questions.

Experience in business development, key account management, and technical pre-sales—especially around ERP and financial insights.

Strong experience with Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 Business Central and the Power Platform.

Background in ERP solutions beneficial —especially those integrating finance and business processes.

Confident communicator across diverse cultures and markets.

Fluent in English. German is a strong advantage, and French is a bonus.

Willingness to travel and engage regularly with partners and internal teams.
