Team Lead Digital Workplace and Web

Energize Cloud is searching for a new Team Lead for Digital Workplace and Web—a pivotal role shaping the future of enterprise solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a reputable system house serving the Merkur Group, with a focus on innovative M365 and web development technologies.

You will oversee a team of 25-40 professionals, providing expert consulting to clients on Microsoft 365 and web projects, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, project management, and excellent communication skills. Technical proficiency in M365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and cloud/web development is essential. Additional experience in consulting and client-facing roles is highly valued. Preference will be given to candidates with a relevant educational background and prior leadership experience in digital workplaces.

This role requires regular in-office presence with up to three days per week, and a potential pilot program allowing for a two-day remote work setup during the initial six months. Candidates should be comfortable with overseeing projects and engaging in consultative discussions with clients.
