You will join a technically experienced team where you can take ownership of customer projects, influence architectural decisions and continue developing across the Microsoft cloud and infrastructure ecosystem.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Plan, implement and modernise Microsoft infrastructure environments for customers
• Work across Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy and Exchange Online
• Deliver migrations from on-premises infrastructure into cloud and hybrid environments
• Design modern workplace solutions using Intune, Microsoft 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Develop identity, access and security concepts covering MFA, Conditional Access and Microsoft Defender
• Assess existing customer environments and recommend technically and commercially appropriate improvements
• Integrate solutions for monitoring, backup, security, automation and systems management
• Work with technologies such as PRTG, NinjaOne and Hornetsecurity
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Microsoft cloud and infrastructure environments
• Produce clear technical documentation and handover materials
• Depending on your experience, independently manage projects, deliver workshops and advise customers on architecture and technology decisions

The perfect candidate looks like

• You have completed IT training, a relevant degree or have equivalent professional experience
• You have solid knowledge across several Microsoft infrastructure technologies, including: Microsoft Azure and hybrid-cloud architectures, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, Windows Server and Active Directory, Intune and endpoint management, Azure Virtual Desktop & PowerShell
• You understand networking, IT security, backup and high-availability concepts
• You can analyse existing infrastructure and translate technical findings into practical solutions
• You enjoy taking ownership and working directly with customers
• You communicate complex technical concepts clearly and professionally
• You work in a structured, reliable and detail-oriented manner
• You speak good German for customer consulting, documentation and project delivery

You do not need to be an expert in every technology from day one. A strong technical foundation, curiosity and the motivation to develop within the Microsoft ecosystem are what matter most.
