Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Lead

About the Opportunity

Our client is a Microsoft-focused AI and digital transformation consultancy helping enterprise organizations modernize customer engagement and business processes through Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365.

They are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional Lead to lead functional delivery, translate business requirements into solutions, and work closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate them into D365 CE solutions
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Service, and related applications
• Manage backlogs and develop user stories
• Lead UAT, defect triage, training, and user adoption
• Support data migration and integrations
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and development teams
• Serve as a functional escalation point throughout delivery

Required Skills

• 5–8+ years of Dynamics 365 CE consulting experience
• Strong D365 CE functional configuration experience
• Experience with Power Platform / Power Automate
• Strong understanding of Dataverse
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Strong client-facing and communication skills

Preferred: Omnichannel or Field Service experience; PL-200 certification or equivalent.
