SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant
Remote (Europe Preferred) | Initial 6-Month Contract | Immediate Start
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant to join a large-scale international SuccessFactors programme undergoing significant global expansion.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in stabilising and enhancing an active global rollout, working within a fast-paced project environment where SuccessFactors Time is a critical focus area.
The Role
You will be joining an established project team supporting the deployment of SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off across multiple countries. The programme is already well underway, and the successful consultant will be responsible for helping ensure the solution is configured correctly, aligned with best practices, and ready for upcoming rollouts.
A key part of the assignment will involve reviewing the existing solution, conducting health checks, validating configuration decisions, and providing hands-on support to deliver a robust and scalable Time Management solution.
Upcoming rollout countries include several locations across Europe and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess existing SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off configurations
- Conduct solution health checks and recommend best-practice improvements
- Support ongoing country rollouts and localisation activities
- Perform hands-on system configuration where required
- Validate business requirements and ensure they are reflected correctly in the solution design
- Troubleshoot and resolve Time Management-related issues
- Collaborate with project teams across HR, Payroll and Employee Central workstreams
- Help ensure solution readiness prior to deployment and go-live activities
- Provide guidance on scalable global template design for future phases of the programme
Required Experience
- Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking
- Strong experience with SuccessFactors Time Off / Absence Management
- Multiple end-to-end SuccessFactors Time implementations completed
- Strong configuration and solution design skills
- Ability to challenge existing approaches and recommend best practices
- Experience working on international or global SuccessFactors programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English
Desirable Experience
- SuccessFactors Employee Central integration knowledge
- SAP Payroll integration experience
- Experience supporting global template design and standardisation
- Exposure to complex multi-country deployments
