Senior Microsoft Security Consultant - Germany (Zero Trust, DLP, Purview)

The business is investing heavily in Cybersecurity, Data, Cloud and AI, with a particular focus on building a best-in-class Security Centre of Excellence. 

As a Senior Security Consultant, you will lead the implementation of Microsoft Security solutions across cloud and hybrid environments, helping customers and partners successfully deploy and optimise their security platforms.

This is a hands-on consulting role, ideal for someone who enjoys delivering projects, solving technical challenges, and working directly with customers.

• Lead Microsoft Security implementation projects
• Translate architecture designs into practical, deployable solutions
• Deliver technical workshops, assessments and health checks
• Support customers with design validation and optimisation
• Provide technical leadership during deployments
• Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing
• Deliver customer-facing presentations and technical deep dives
• Support pre-sales activities including solution scoping and design

• 5-8+ years of hands-on Microsoft Security experience
• Strong expertise across multiple security domains (minimum 3-4 services)
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end security projects
• Strong consulting and customer-facing skills
• Good understanding of broader security architecture and how solutions fit together

• SC-100 Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert
• SC-300 Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• SC-200 Security Operations Analyst Associate
• SC-401 Information Security Administrator Associate
• AZ-500 / Cloud & AI Security Engineer Associate

While certifications are highly desirable, candidates with strong project experience and a proven delivery track record will still be considered.
