Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant (m/f/d)

About the Role

Our client is an established IT consulting and services provider supporting organizations in designing and delivering modern Microsoft 365 workplaces. They work with customers across a wide range of industries, helping them move from traditional on-premises environments to scalable, cloud-based collaboration and productivity platforms.

To support ongoing growth, they are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant with a strong consulting background, 4–5 years of total experience, and deep hands-on exposure across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver customer projects across the Microsoft 365 platform

• Design and implement modern M365 architectures covering Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, and related services

• Act as a technical and functional advisor to customers, translating business requirements into practical M365 solutions

• Take ownership of at least one specialised focus area within M365 (e.g. collaboration, identity, endpoint management, governance, automation) while maintaining broad platform knowledge

• Analyze existing environments and recommend improvements to structure, governance, adoption, and performance

• Support migrations, rollouts, and transformation initiatives

• Collaborate closely with junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring

Your Profile

• 4–5 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 consulting

• Broad hands-on experience across the Microsoft 365 suite

• Clear specialisation in one or more M365 areas, with the ability to advise customers at a senior level

• Proven experience working directly with customers in project-based environments

• Strong communication skills and confidence in workshops and stakeholder discussions

• Structured, solution-oriented working style

• Microsoft certifications are an advantage but not mandatory
