Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and value-driven onboarding experience for new customers

Account Management: Build and manage long-term customer relationships

Microsoft 365 Adoption: Support and guide customers in maximizing M365 usage and value

Post-Migration Guidance: Offer structured support following Microsoft 365 migrations
-
Sales Collaboration: Provide technical input and product guidance during pre-sales and renewals
-
Customer Enablement: Deliver updates on product features and M365 best practices
-
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address customer issues and challenges
-
Customer Advocacy: Capture and channel customer feedback to product teams
-
Growth Opportunities: Identify upselling and expansion potential

CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot
-
4+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
-
Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments (certifications are a plus)

Native Level English

Experience supporting cloud migrations or SaaS-based technologies is an advantage

Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
