Your Role
As a (Senior) Security Consultant in Microsoft 365, you will support customers in making their cloud environments secure, compliant, and future-proof. You will advise companies on the introduction and optimization of security and compliance solutions in Microsoft 365, carry out assessments, and accompany projects from conception to implementation.

Your Tasks

• Advise customers on all aspects of Microsoft security and compliance solutions (e.g., Defender, Purview, Entra, Intune).

• Conduct security assessments, risk analyses, and provide best practice recommendations.

• Design and implement secure Microsoft 365 architectures.

• Support incident response scenarios and perform security optimizations.

• Deliver knowledge transfer and workshops with customers and colleagues.

• Participate in pre-sales and post-sales activities to help develop new Microsoft services.

What Should You Bring?

• Several years of experience in IT security, ideally with a focus on Microsoft 365.

• In-depth know-how in one or more areas:
  • Microsoft Defender Suite (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, Office 365)
  • Microsoft Purview (Compliance, DLP, eDiscovery, Insider Risk)
  • Microsoft Entra (Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Governance)
  • Intune & Endpoint Security

• Certifications such as SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, AZ-500 or comparable are a plus.

• Strong communication and consulting skills.

• Analytical mindset, team spirit, and enthusiasm for exciting security projects.
