Senior Consultant - M365 Compliance and Governance

Location: Germany / Remote working

Salary: Up to €90,000 + Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Specialise in M365 compliance and security: Ensure that all Microsoft 365 environments adhere to compliance standards and security protocols.
• Consultant for Microsoft 365 Compliance and Governance: Act as the primary contact for customers regarding M365 compliance, governance, and infrastructure.
• Advise on compliance strategies: Provide guidance on the introduction and long-term development of compliance and governance frameworks within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Develop and implement compliance solutions: Work with clients to create and implement tailor-made M365 compliance and governance solutions.
• Best practice configuration: Ensure that customers' M365 infrastructures and services are configured according to compliance and governance best practices.
• Optimize compliance portfolio: Contribute ideas to optimize the compliance and governance portfolio and support its implementation within the business.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 with a focus on compliance and governance.
• Consulting expertise: Strong experience in consulting, planning, and implementing IT systems and cloud solutions with a compliance and governance focus.
• Communication skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, with a confident and appreciative demeanor towards customers.
• Work style: Ability to work flexibly and independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Customer orientation: High customer orientation, an independent way of working, and willingness to travel for possible on-site customer appointments.
• Qualifications: Relevant training and/or a degree, with professional experience in Microsoft compliance and governance.
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English.
