Senior Consultant – Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics 365

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Senior Consultant for Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. The role can be based remotely or on-site within Germany. This is for a fantastic Microsoft Partner working with mid to large size customers. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and technical development of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Support clients in digitalization initiatives by designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored, scalable solutions.
• Configure and customize systems, taking a hands-on approach to development and implementation.
• Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, client engagement, and post-deployment support.
• Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients.
• Partner with the sales team on proposals, solution design, and pre-sales activities.
• Contribute to the internal development and optimization of Power Platform applications.

Your Profile

• Extensive consulting experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, integration, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, and optionally Project Operations or similar.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into technical solutions using low-code/no-code tools.
• Experience working with Microsoft Support in English.
• Detail-oriented with high standards for documentation and deliverables.
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for knowledge sharing and continuous growth.
• Comfortable in agile, transparent, and self-organized work environments.
• Willingness to travel for occasional client meetings.
• Relevant professional qualifications or degree in IT or related fields.
• Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English.
