Key Responsibilities

Manage and support cloud-based HR systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, and Learning.

Configure system settings (customizing) to meet operational and business requirements.

Coordinate technical aspects of system rollouts, software releases, and integrations with related platforms (e.g. payroll systems, SAP HCM, third-party applications).

Provide technical consultation and support for internal teams regarding new feature implementations and system enhancements.

Conduct error analysis and deliver second-level support, collaborating closely with external service providers when necessary.

Perform system testing, maintain comprehensive documentation, and ensure overall quality control.

Advise stakeholders on technical possibilities and cloud-based best practices to improve system performance and usability.
Skills & Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Strong understanding of HR processes and their digital implementation.

Hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors environments.

Familiarity with integration tools and technologies (e.g. SAP CPI, Integration Center, APIs).

Competent in cloud technologies and their application in HR systems.

Independent, analytical, and structured approach to work with excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in both German and English.
