Energize SAP is searching for an SAP SuccessFactors specialists on behalf of an internationally leading manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions with several thousand employees worldwide. As a technology-driven industrial company, it is currently driving a global HR transformation, with SAP SuccessFactors being introduced company-wide this year.
The implementation is being carried out together with external consulting partners. At the same time, internal expertise is being built up to ensure long-term ownership, support, and strategic development of the system landscape.
Your responsibilities:
– Active involvement in the global rollout of SAP SuccessFactors
– Close collaboration with external implementation partners
– Responsibility across multiple, ideally all SuccessFactors modules
– Strong focus on Recruiting
– Advising HR stakeholders on process design and optimization
– Integration with existing payroll structures (currently SAP-based, additional solutions under evaluation)
– Ensuring stable operations post go-live
Your profile:
– Several years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
– Cross-module expertise, ideally with a strong Recruiting background
– Experience in implementation or rollout projects
– Solid understanding of HR processes and payroll integrations
– Structured, independent, and communicative working style
