- Act as the primary contact for SAP incidents, changes, and problem management.
- Coordinate internal and external support teams to resolve system issues.
- Monitor and ensure SLA compliance and service quality.
- Facilitate smooth transition of projects into support mode.
- Lead SAP major incident management.
- Manage supplier performance, contracts, and service processes.
- Design, document, and improve ITSM and SAP AMS processes.
- Oversee AMS vendor performance, contracts, and risk management.
- Manage and monitor the AMS support budget.
- Align IT services with SAP CoE standards and governance.
- Maintain knowledge base and documentation in line with change management policies.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into clear SAP change requests.
- Proven experience in SAP service delivery or AMS management.
- Strong coordination, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Hands-on and customer-focused mindset.
- Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles and SAP processes.
