Your Responsibilities
What you will be doing:

On-site support: You work directly with operational teams, helping them make optimal use of internally developed software solutions within the SAP environment.

User-focused consulting: You listen, analyse challenges, and provide practical solutions that simplify daily work for end users.

Shaping solutions: Working alongside project teams, you help enhance existing software and contribute new ideas for further development.

Collaboration: You cooperate closely with developers and SAP specialists throughout the entire lifecycle—from planning to rollout.

Quality assurance: You test new functionalities, identify errors, and ensure system reliability.

Knowledge transfer: You prepare training materials and deliver training sessions to ensure users can work effectively with the tools provided.
Your Profile
What you bring:

Practical knowledge of SAP SD, ideally with initial exposure to SAP S/4HANA.

A quick grasp of IT-supported business processes and experience in process optimisation.

An analytical, structured, and independent working style combined with strong team spirit.

A solid understanding of operational business requirements and the ability to implement them in a functional, user-oriented way.

Fluent German skills, a willingness to travel (approx. 50–60%), and a valid Class B driving licence.
