SAP SD/MM Business Analyst Required – English Speaking - S/4HANA Transformation Project
Energize are looking for a Senior SAP SD/MM Business Analyst to support a major global S/4HANA transformation programme (EU, APAC) within a global battery materials business.
The project is currently closing the fit-gap phase before moving into realisation, with training and testing planned from December. The current target go-live is October 2027 to ensure the full scope can be delivered across all countries.

Energize are looking for a Senior SAP SD/MM Business Analyst to support a major global S/4HANA transformation programme (EU, APAC) within a global battery materials business.

Key Requirements:
- Senior SAP Business Analyst with strong SAP SD/MM experience, TM knowledge/experience a plus
- 8+ years SAP SD/MM experience, with 6+ years in a business-facing analyst role
- Strong SAP MM experience, especially procurement transactions and intercompany processes
- Good SAP SD understanding and ability to support cross-module process discussions
- Experience acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and hands-on IT / functional teams
- Able to support project managers with setting up new flows in the SAP system
- S/4HANA transformation experience required, Brownfield and/or Greenfield S/4HANA project experience
- Experience supporting fit-gap, realisation, training, testing and go-live preparation phases
- Able to assist with coordination of testing phases across business and IT teams
- Strong communicator, confident working with international stakeholders across multiple countries
- English speaking required, Dutch language skills beneficial
