SAP PP/VC Consultant

Energize SAP is looking for a Senior SAP PP Consultant to support an ongoing SAP S/4HANA implementation. The main focus will be on PP and production execution, with some expertise in Variant Configuration preferred.

The consultant will join the project during SIT, support the business through UAT, and help prepare users for a planned November go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support SAP PP and production execution activities within a new S/4HANA system
• Assist with SIT defect resolution and process validation
• Support business users during UAT, including users new to SAP or moving from R/3 / legacy systems
• Set up and maintain PP master data, including BOMs
• Provide functional guidance across production planning and manufacturing processes
• Support knowledge transfer, user queries, and go-live readiness
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams
• Provide input on SAP Variant Configuration where required

• 5+ years’ experience as an SAP PP Consultant
• Strong SAP PP and production execution experience
• Experience setting up PP master data, including Bills of Materials
• S/4HANA implementation or transformation experience preferred
• Variant Configuration experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and confident supporting business users
• Quick learner, able to adapt in a complex project environment
• Functional consultant profile with strong stakeholder-facing skills, able to work with business users
• Fluent English required

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Initial 6-month contract, with potential extensions
• Location: Aachen, Germany — hybrid role - 3 days on-site every 2 weeks (bi-weekly travel)
• Languages: English mandatory; German and/or French strongly advantageous
