Role Overview:

As an SAP PP Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Production Planning solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, support project delivery, and enhance the efficiency of end-to-end production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP PP solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Analyze current production processes and recommend improvements using SAP best practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders in manufacturing, supply chain, and IT to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Provide support during system upgrades, data migrations, and integration testing.

• Document functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.

• Act as a subject matter expert during SAP implementations and post-go-live support.

• Integrate SAP PP with related modules such as MM, QM, and WM.

• Resolve incidents and change requests in accordance with service level agreements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an SAP PP Consultant in full lifecycle implementations and support.

• Strong knowledge of production planning processes, master data (BOM, routing, work centers), and MRP.

• Familiarity with integration points between SAP PP and other modules.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.

• Strong documentation and user training capabilities.

Desirable:

• SAP certification in PP or related modules.

• Experience with discrete and/or process manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge of adjacent tools like SAP Fiori, IBP, or MES integration is a plus.
