Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and design IS-U solutions (Billing, Device Management, Customer Service etc.).
- Develop and customize ABAP programs, enhancements, and interfaces within IS-U modules.
- Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
- Perform Development, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Provide production support and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA for Utilities
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud for Utilities (C4U)
- Proven success in global delivery models and cross-cultural teams
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U modules (Billing, DM, FICA, Customer Service).
- Hands-on ABAP development experience (OData, CDS, RAP, CAP, Reports, BAPIs, Enhancements, Interfaces).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience:
- 8+ years in SAP IS-U techno-functional roles.
- Utility industry experience preferred.
