Energize SAP is currently looking for an experienced freelance SAP German Payroll Consultant to assist a key client in Frankfurt. This is for a hands-on configuration expert to support on a SAP HCM German Payroll implementation.

Job requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead SAP Payroll Consultant (PY-DE) with expertise in German payroll configuration.
- Lead the design, configuration, and testing of SAP Payroll solutions for Germany.
- Strong track record in end-to-end implementation (design, build, test, go-live).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with German payroll regulations and best practices. - Conduct workshops, provide expert guidance, and resolve complex payroll configuration issues.
Contract Details:
- Start Date: ASAP, throughout April.
- Contract Duration: Initially until February 2027.
- Location: 90% remote. Some on-site travel to customer site throughout Germany.
- Language: Fluent German & English required.
