Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP IBP modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand planning processes and ensure system design aligns with organizational objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and IBP configurations.
- Facilitate solution workshops, conduct gap analyses, and participate in design reviews.
- Perform seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other planning systems.
- Support data modeling, key figure setup, and planning view development within IBP.
- Manage testing cycles such as unit testing and UAT, providing go-live support.
- Deliver user training sessions and comprehensive documentation to ensure ongoing success.
Required Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP IBP, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
- Strong expertise in one or more IBP modules: Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (Heuristics/Optimizer), Inventory Optimization, or Control Tower.
- Experience integrating IBP with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
- Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across business and IT teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage hybrid work arrangements effectively.
- Proficiency in English.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with advanced planning techniques or additional SAP modules.
- Prior experience in international or complex supply chain environments.
- Project management or certification credentials related to SAP or supply chain planning.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of SAP IBP consulting or related supply chain planning experience.
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start immediately or on short notice.
- Willingness to work onsite in Liège every other week, with the remainder remote.
- Valid work authorization for Belgium.
