We are looking for reinforcements for our HR team at the headquarters in Marienheide.

In this exciting role, you will support our HR department in the implementation and optimization of HR software solutions, advise on digital transformation processes and actively shape the future of the HR landscape.

Your tasks:

• Participation in the efficient implementation and further development of the HR IT landscape

• Consulting, optimization and administration of human resources processes as well as modern SAP applications such as HCM, SuccessFactors

• Planning, organization and implementation of HR digitization projects

• Implementation and testing of requirements/changes in the SAP HR modules

• International consulting for HR management and key users

• SAP customizing and report creation

• Managing HR-IT projects

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable professional qualification

• Extensive knowledge and several years of implementation experience in SAP HCM and/or HR cloud applications

• Relevant experience in designing HR projects

• Basic understanding of processes in the HR area

• Very good customizing knowledge, preferably in SAP HCM

• Initial experience in dealing with SAP SuccessFactors desirable

• Profound professional experience in HR-IT desirable
