What they are looking for:

• Experience supporting or consulting within SAP HCM
• Knowledge of modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), or Payroll (PY) is beneficial
• Experience with SAP HCM customising and application support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work closely with HR stakeholders and external service providers
• Good German and English communication skills
