SAP FI/CO Consultant Required – Group Reporting - Hybrid Role – S/4HANA Project
Energize are looking for a Senior SAP FI/CO (and Group Reporting) Consultant to join a functional analyst team, supporting complex Finance and Controlling topics with a strong focus on SAP Controlling, Consolidation and Group Reporting within an S/4HANA environment.

Energize are looking for a Senior SAP FI/CO (and Group Reporting) Consultant to join a functional analyst team, supporting complex Finance and Controlling topics with a strong focus on SAP Controlling, Consolidation and Group Reporting within an S/4HANA environment.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years’ hands-on SAP FI/CO consulting experience
- Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling expertise
- Excellent SAP Group Reporting and Consolidation experience
- Strong CO knowledge: Cost Centre Accounting, CO-PA, Product Costing and Budgeting
- Good understanding of GL, Asset Accounting and month-end closing
- Experience providing Level 3 SAP FICO support and system optimisation
- Able to write functional specifications and work with ABAP developers
- Experience with gap analysis, change management and end-user training
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of internal controls, audit and compliance requirements
- English required, Dutch beneficial
- Start: November 2026
- Contract duration: Initial 6 months, with extensions
- Location: Ghent, Belgium – Hybrid role, 3 days per week on-site mandatory
- Languages: English required, Dutch a strong plus
