As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we are expanding our SAP team and seeking a skilled SAP FI/CO Consultant to support and enhance our global SAP landscape.

The Role
As an SAP FI/CO Consultant, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and support of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. Working closely with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders, you’ll ensure that our SAP systems effectively support business processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP FI/CO implementations, rollouts, and upgrades
• Analyze and map business processes to SAP functionality
• Configure SAP modules FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration with MM, SD, and PS modules
• Provide expert advice on financial process improvements and system optimization
• Conduct workshops, training, and user support
• Work with external partners and global teams to ensure system consistency and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant
• Strong knowledge of finance and controlling processes in an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English; other languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally (if required)
