Requirements Profile: Specialist for Production Value Flows in the Context of an SAP S/4HANA Transformation
Objective of the Role
Design and implementation of value flows within production processes under SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on efficiency, transparency, and optimal system usage. Ensuring that production requirements are correctly captured and translated into an integrated controlling setup.
Key Responsibilities
– Analysis and design of production value flows as part of the SAP S/4HANA transformation
– Strong focus on SAP Controlling (CO), including CO-PA (Profitability Analysis), CO-PC (Product Cost Controlling), and CO-PS (Project System)
– Migration expertise, particularly in data migration using tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC) or LSMW
– Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations
– Process expertise, including customizing and end-to-end project support
Professional Requirements
– Education: Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Engineering with a focus on production or controlling
– Professional experience: Several years of experience in production controlling and SAP projects, ideally in an S/4HANA environment
– Process knowledge: Deep understanding of production processes (production control, material flow, capacity planning)
– Project management: Experience in transformation projects and change management
Additional Advantages
– Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects (customizing, data migration)
– Knowledge of process modeling tools such as Signavio and RACI definitions
– Understanding of supply chain integration and bottleneck management (ATP jobs)
Target Candidate Profile
A candidate who combines strong technical SAP expertise with solid business and controlling knowledge of production processes, capable of actively shaping the transformation and subsequently ensuring efficient production controlling.
Project Details

– Duration: 4–6 months
– Workload: Approx. 3 project days per week, preferably Monday to Wednesday
