Energize are searching for a Senior SAP Controlling Consultant to support one of our key customers across a large-scale, multi-year S/4HANA transformation programme. This project involves migrating an existing SAP ECC system to the business’ centralized S/4HANA template.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and lead SAP Controlling workstreams across phased S/4 rollouts
• Focus on CO processes including product costing, cost centre accounting, and margin analysis
• Align Controlling design with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Address key complexity areas such as Material Ledger and ensure alignment with S/4 configuration
• Provide guidance and hands-on support across design, testing, deployment, and user enablement
• Translate Controlling concepts to business users and support change topics as rollout progresses
Key Requirements:
• 8+ years SAP Controlling experience (not an FI role)
• Strong experience in S/4HANA environments, ideally across multiple rollout waves
• Deep expertise in Product Costing (CO-PC) – critical requirement
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Cost Centre Accounting & Margin Analysis (S/4 / COPA equivalent)
• Experience with Material Ledger (ML) highly preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills
• Fluent English required
