Your Role
As part of the IT Business Architecture team, you will collaborate with a small group of specialists to maintain and enhance the stability, security, and performance of our SAP system landscape—helping shape the digital future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth, secure, and high-performing operation of SAP systems

• Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and improve system scalability and availability

• Coordinate with SAP hosting partners for system installation, configuration, and updates, including patches and service packs

• Manage user access and permissions within SAP, processing service requests through a ticketing system

• Provide technical support for SAP implementations and international rollouts as part of various projects

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in IT system integration or a comparable qualification

• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration

• Successful completion of SAP ADM100 training

• Ideally familiar with SAP Cloud ALM or the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

• Strong communication skills in both German and English
