Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

We are currently working with a leading organisation on a contract opportunity for an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Specialist to support and enhance a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM environment.

This is a hands-on technical role, focused on integrations, data flows, and system improvements.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and maintaining integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Working with REST/SOAP APIs to connect Oracle HCM with other systems
• Supporting and improving existing integrations and data flows
• Troubleshooting integration failures and data issues
• Working with HCM data tools such as HDL and HCM Extracts
• Supporting system enhancements, reporting, and technical changes
• Collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Proven experience working on Oracle HCM Cloud integrations
• Solid understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, or similar data tools
• Background in Oracle Fusion / Cloud environments
• Ability to work in a hands-on technical delivery role

Nice to have

• Experience with BI Publisher or OTBI reporting
• Exposure to VBCS / Visual Builder
• Experience working in large enterprise environments

Additional details

• Fully remote, with 1 week onsite in Luxembourg for onboarding
• Working within a large Oracle HCM programme
• Contract role with immediate start preferred
