As a NICE CXOne Consultant, you\'ll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of NICE CXOne platforms, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional client satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with NICE CXOne platform implementation, including IVR scripting and ACD/IVR deployment
- Solid understanding of NICE implementation best practices and client engagement strategies
- Strong technical background in IVR scripting, ACD systems, and contact center solutions
- Certification in NICE CXOne or equivalent credentials
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and training
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with ProActive XS or Core+ platforms
- Knowledge of additional contact center technologies or workflows
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contact center platform implementation or consulting roles
