I am working with a major financial Institution headquarter in Dusseldorf who are searching for a M365 Specialist with skills in IT Support and Administration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize modern IT workplaces - ensuring stable operations, secure Windows and M365 environments, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee external IT service providers and key applications, guaranteeing system integrity, availability, and smooth end-user experiences.
• Drive cloud and collaboration innovation - supporting the rollout of M365 tools, MS Copilot, and modern media technologies to enhance productivity and digital workplace quality.

• Proven experience in deploying and managing Microsoft 365 or similar collaborative platforms
• Strong understanding of modern workplace tools, such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric solutions
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently
• Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Salary: 80,000
