We’re looking for a Microsoft Solution Consultant to lead clients through digital transformation journeys, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace solutions for our client, a leading Microsoft Partner. Whether you\'re a seasoned expert or an ambitious professional ready to take ownership, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

• Act as a strategic advisor for clients implementing Microsoft 365 and cloud-based workplace technologies
• Lead end-to-end consulting projects: analysis, solution design, implementation, and delivery
• Manage project teams, external partners, and resources across multiple engagements
• Drive customer success through workshops, documentation, and long-term relationship building
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the consulting portfolio
• Support internal knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile

• 5–10 years of experience in IT or business consulting, project management, or service delivery
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Skilled in stakeholder management, escalation handling, and cross-functional coordination
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent in [Primary Language] and proficient in English
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
