Your tasks

• Shape and take responsibility for the strategic development and stable operation of a hybrid Microsoft Intune environment.

• Develop future-proof endpoint management concepts for Windows and ensure the secure, efficient provisioning and management of end devices worldwide.

• Act as the central interface between the company and external service providers, coordinating collaboration and ensuring implementation of requirements.

• Further develop desktop, collaboration, and communication services – with a focus on Microsoft Intune and SCCM.

• Proactively leverage new functions and technologies from the Microsoft universe to create customized, technically and regulatory compliant solutions.

• Ensure all solutions comply with internal and external compliance requirements in close coordination with providers.

Your profile

• Completed university degree in information technology, engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of professional experience administering Microsoft 365.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Endpoint Security.

• Experience managing hybrid Exchange environments, Exchange Online, implementing zero-trust strategies, and modern workplace concepts.

• Strong technical understanding of new technologies and trends.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in dealing with internal stakeholders and external service providers – German (at least C1) and English (at least B2).
