What You’ll Do:

• Plan, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 environments tailored to client needs.
• Provide expert advice and training on the efficient use of Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
• Lead migration projects from existing systems to Microsoft Cloud solutions.
• Maintain and develop M365 services in operational environments through proactive support and continuous improvement.
• Analyze technical challenges within the M365 landscape and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to deliver technical consulting and assist in creating compelling proposals.
• Engage in teamwork, foster customer relationships, and contribute your ideas to project success.

What You Bring:

• Completed IT training such as Fachinformatiker for System Integration or a comparable qualification.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, especially Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD.
• Proven track record in migrating and administering M365 environments.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and hybrid infrastructure configurations (On-Premise and Cloud).
• Customer-focused, structured, and team-oriented working style.
• A valid Class B driver’s license and excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Additional skills in PowerShell automation.
• Experience with hybrid cloud/on-premise environments.
• Certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, or equivalent.

Preferred Experience & Education:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in cloud and collaboration solutions.
• Relevant formal education in IT or related fields.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
