We are looking for an experienced freelance MDM Manager to lead the Master Data team and strengthen the quality and management of master data across the organisation.
You will keep day-to-day operations running while identifying and delivering improvements that can make a measurable difference within the assignment period.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT and external partners in an international environment.

- Lead the Master Data team, set priorities and support team members in their work.
- Maintain delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs for data quality, speed and service.
- Identify the most pressing data quality, system and process issues, and drive their resolution.
- Improve data standards, controls and governance where they have the greatest operational impact.
- Support ongoing system implementations, upgrades and optimisation initiatives.
- Align stakeholders on responsibilities, decisions and improvement priorities.
- Leave a clear plan for the team to sustain the improvements after the assignment ends.
