SAP HCM Consultant

Are you looking for an SAP HCM role where you can take ownership of HR processes and work closely with the people who use them? We are looking for an SAP HCM Consultant to support and develop our Payroll (PY) and Organisational Management (OM) landscape.

Your responsibilities

• Support and improve SAP HCM processes, with a focus on German payroll and organisational management.

• Configure PY and OM to meet business requirements and resolve complex system issues.

• Work with HR, payroll and IT colleagues to turn requirements into practical solutions.

• Support payroll runs, investigate errors and help ensure accurate, reliable processing.

• Maintain organisational structures, positions and reporting relationships in SAP OM.

• Contribute to projects, system changes, testing and documentation.

Your profile

• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM, particularly PY and OM.

• Good understanding of German payroll processes and related HR data.

• Experience with SAP HCM configuration, support and troubleshooting.

• Able to communicate clearly with both HR users and technical colleagues.

• Strong German language skills; English would be an advantage.
