Your Responsibilities
-
Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions, with a primary focus on Microsoft Teams.

Plan and monitor projects to introduce or improve Microsoft Teams and related M365 services.

Advise and support users in the effective use of Teams and other M365 tools.

Develop adoption measures to boost collaboration across the business.

Troubleshooting & 3rd-level support for Teams and Microsoft 365 issues.

Bonus: Experience in SharePoint administration (permissions, sites, document structures).

Support process integration and automation with Power Platform (as needed).
Your Profile
-
Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.

Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Teams.

Broader 5–10 years IT background.

Knowledge of SharePoint administration is a plus.

Experience with larger-scale projects.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable, structured, and independent working style.
What’s on Offer

Salary based on Baden-Württemberg tariff:

35h/week → €60,000–70,000

40h/week → €70,000–78,000

13.7 salary payments per year plus tariff-related bonus.
