M365 Inhouse Consultant (SharePoint, Power Platforms, Copilot, teams, Exchange)

Energize Cloud is seeking an experienced M365 Inhouse Consultant to bridge the gap between business needs and Microsoft 365 solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise SharePoint, streamline business processes, and enhance digital collaboration - driving innovation within this IT Services organisation.

Your Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in digital workplace and process improvement
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot, Teams, and Exchange
• Proven ability to gather requirements and define best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A consultative, process-focused mindset over deep technical expertise

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in supporting or guiding technical implementation teams
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 governance and security practices
• Certifications in Microsoft 365 or related fields

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, IT, or related field
• Previous experience in advising or consulting roles within corporate environments
