About the Role

Our client is a well-established IT consulting and services provider supporting organizations on their journey to modern cloud-based workplaces. They deliver end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions—from strategy and architecture through to implementation and adoption—helping customers transition from traditional on-premises environments to modern, scalable platforms.

To support continued growth, they are looking for a Microsoft 365 Consultant with a broad, hands-on understanding of the M365 ecosystem and 2–3 years of consulting experience across multiple workloads.

Your Responsibilities

• Work on customer projects across the full Microsoft 365 suite

• Support the design and implementation of modern M365 environments (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, etc.)

• Analyze existing tenant setups and contribute to improvements in structure, usability, and governance

• Support migrations, rollouts, and adoption initiatives

• Collaborate closely with senior consultants and technical teams in project delivery

• Contribute to workshops, documentation, and customer-facing sessions

Your Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 consulting or project-based roles

• Broad, practical knowledge across multiple M365 services (not a single-topic specialist)

• Experience working with customer environments and understanding business requirements

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Willingness to continuously develop skills across the Microsoft cloud ecosystem

• Microsoft certifications are beneficial but not required
