Lead Healthcare Solutions Architect

As the newest dedicated expert in healthcare verticals, you will work closely with sales teams to craft innovative, scalable solutions that transform how healthcare organizations leverage cloud technologies. Required Skills:

• Proven pre-sales experience leading complex, enterprise-level cloud solution sales ($1M+).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare EHR systems, specifically Epic & Cerner.
• Cloud-native expertise with at least one major platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with a preference for AWS.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare integrations such as HIEs (Cerner, Epic).
• Ability to lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and develop comprehensive technical architectures.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence decision-makers and back recommendations with data.
• Demonstrated success in navigating ambiguity within sales cycles and creating clarity for internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Exposure to post-sales/delivery environments to understand implementation processes.
• Experience working with or alongside large healthcare systems integrators like Accenture, Deloitte, or Cognizant.
• Familiarity with multiple cloud platforms beyond AWS, such as GCP, and app modernization initiatives.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in pre-sales engineering or technical consulting within healthcare and cloud solutions.
• Prior experience supporting enterprise healthcare deals, especially involving cloud migrations and infrastructure modernization.

Other Requirements:

• This is a remote position based in the USA, with occasional travel for client meetings and interviews.
• Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or healthcare IT (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Epic certifications) are advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing, cross-functional team.
