Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP IBP Response & Supply and Inventory Optimization, with the ability to support and optimize complex supply chain planning processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality SAP IBP solutions in a collaborative client environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation and Configuration:
o Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP IBP modules, specifically Response & Supply and Inventory Optimization.
o Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical SAP IBP solutions.
• Process Optimization:
o Assess existing supply chain planning processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP IBP capabilities.
o Design and implement best practices for inventory optimization and supply planning processes.
• Support and Troubleshooting:
o Provide ongoing support for SAP IBP users, resolving functional issues and improving system performance.
o Collaborate with technical and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve planning-related challenges.
• Training and Documentation:
o Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions on SAP IBP functionalities and processes.
o Create and maintain system documentation, configuration documents, and process flows.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, and IT teams to align SAP IBP solutions with business objectives.
o Participate in workshops, project meetings, and stakeholder discussions to support project delivery.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
o Support system testing activities including integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
o Assist in validating enhancements, configurations, and system upgrades to ensure business requirements are met.
Qualifications:
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 5–8 years of SAP Supply Chain experience with strong hands-on exposure to SAP IBP.
o Proven experience with SAP IBP Response & Supply and Inventory Optimization implementations.
o Experience within process manufacturing industries preferred, particularly healthcare or life sciences environments.
o Discrete manufacturing industry experience is not required.
• Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of SAP IBP configuration and supply chain planning processes.
o Experience integrating SAP IBP with other SAP modules and supply chain applications.
o Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and advanced planning processes is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
