IAM Consultant (Microsoft AD & Entra ID) (m/f/d)

Fully Remote | Germany | €60,000 – €75,000

A fast-growing Microsoft-focused IT consultancy is expanding its Identity & Access Management practice and is looking for an IAM Consultant who is just below senior level and ready to take the next step.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid IAM foundation who wants to deepen their expertise, learn from experienced Microsoft specialists, and grow into a senior consulting position in a highly collaborative environment.

The Role

You will work on a variety of customer projects focused on Identity & Access Management, while also gaining exposure to the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem to ensure strong utilisation across projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing IAM solutions based on Active Directory (AD DS) and Microsoft Entra ID

• Supporting customers with identity integration across Microsoft 365 services

• Participating in workshops to analyse requirements and design scalable solutions

• Acting as a trusted technical contact for IAM-related topics

• Continuously developing your skills with support from senior consultants and technical leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with IAM in Microsoft environments

• Practical knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID

• A good working understanding of Microsoft 365 beyond IAM

• Azure, Azure DevOps or infrastructure exposure is a plus, not a requirement

• Confident communicator with a structured, solution-oriented mindset

• German and English skills (minimum B2)
