Head of Cybersecurity (Remote, Germany) — €120K + Minor Travel

A leading German organisation is looking for a Head of Cybersecurity to drive its long?term security strategy and lead a team of security specialists.

What you’ll do

• Own and develop a multi?year cybersecurity roadmap.
• Turn regulations (NIS2, ISO 27001/27002) into practical, technical actions
• Lead central security services (SIEM, EDR, Vulnerability Management).
• Act as the key point of contact for all cybersecurity topics across architecture, operations and critical infrastructure.
• Define and enforce security standards (hardening, logging/monitoring, cloud baseline, encryption, segmentation).
• Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, network, identity and workplace teams.

What you bring

• Strong background in cybersecurity + IT infrastructure.
• Solid expertise in SIEM, EDR, Vulnerability Management, hardening and security architecture.
• Experience with KRITIS environments and ideally OT.
• Ability to translate complex security topics for non?experts.
• Fluent German & English.
