Engineering Manager (Platform & AI?Driven SaaS)

Role Summary

• Senior Engineering Manager role with responsibility for multiple engineering teams
• Focus on platform evolution, engineering excellence, and delivery effectiveness
• Combination of technical leadership and people management
• Strong emphasis on data?driven delivery and responsible AI adoption

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of building and evolving a complex enterprise platform across all layers
• Technical and architectural leadership across 3 engineering teams
• Backlog ownership, prioritisation, and delivery quality
• Drive engineering best practices (architecture, code quality, testing, CI/CD)
• Improve development and QA processes for speed and reliability
• Introduce and track delivery and performance metrics
• Embed responsible AI practices across the SDLC
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineers

Ideal Profile

• 5+ years software engineering experience, preferably .NET / C#
• 1 years in an engineering leadership or management role
• Strong experience with enterprise SaaS and Microsoft?centric environments (Graph, M365 a plus)
• Comfortable operating in fast?scaling, high?change environments
• Strong communicator with structured thinking and prioritisation skills
• Passionate about engineering quality and people development
• Curious and proactive around AI?enabled development
