Genesys Consultant

Energize Cloud is seeking an experienced Genesys Consultant to support a contract engagement focused on integration enablement, technical validation, and customer project launch for Genesys Cloud environments.

Engagement Scope

• Provide internal enablement and technical delivery support
• Develop and assist with POCs, sandbox trials, and feasibility validation
• Support standing up customer projects and advising on solution design
• Work in a consulting and advisory capacity while customers execute their own configuration
• Participate in pairing, design reviews, and produce clear documentation to ensure full knowledge transfer

Technical Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Genesys Cloud
• Experience with inbound call flows, SIP, call recording, and metadata
• Familiarity with SIP architectures, hybrid models, and failure modes
• Understanding of SIP-based integration patterns
• Experience integrating with CRM, analytics, and enterprise systems
