Freelance SAP VIM Consultant – Fully Remote
I am supporting one of my customers in their search for a highly experienced SAP VIM Consultant to join an upcoming S/4HANA implementation project. This initiative is starting from the beginning project phase and you will be engaged throughout the full lifecycle up to go-live.
You will be working with an Oil & Gas client based in Africa, helping them implement their VIM solution as part of the Ariba landscape. This is a hands-on consulting role requiring strong functional understanding and delivery capabilities.

- Duration: 6 months + extensions
- Rate: €300 - €400 per day
- Language: Fluent English
- Workload: Full-time (5 days per week)
- Senior SAP professional with 7+ years of SAP experience
- Strong expertise in SAP VIM
- Experience on at least one S/4HANA project
- Fluent English
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP VIM within an S/4HANA environment
- Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and define functional specifications
- Integrate VIM with Ariba and other relevant modules
- Support testing cycles, defect resolution, and documentation
- Advise the client on best practices and ensure the solution aligns with business needs
- Provide guidance during deployment and post-go-live phases
