Energize SAP is supporting a key global life sciences customer in the search for a Freelance SAP QM Business Analyst. You will work across two major parallel initiatives:

- Carve-Out Project – Supporting the separation and sale of part of the business. The SAP system for this carve-out is already in place and currently in the testing phase, with a planned go-live in February 2026.
- ERP Unification Programme – A long-term transformation initiative involving the migration from an old legacy system into the organisation’s central SAP ECC landscape.
This role requires strong hands-on SAP QM expertise, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to operate independently within a global environment.
Required Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience working with SAP QM.
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP PP.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Production & Quality Support (daily operational support).
- Business Process Analysis & Improvement across quality processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration with PP, MM, PM, SD, and EHS teams to ensure fully integrated quality workflows.
- Change Management & Documentation, including functional specs and process documentation.
- Testing & Validation (unit testing, integration testing, UAT).
- Training & User Enablement for global quality teams.
- Reporting & Analytics related to quality KPIs.
- Compliance & Audit Support aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Duration: Until Feb 2026 with long-term extensions (program scope 4+ years)
- Rate: €400–€500 per day
- Location: Remote with Occasional travel to the Mexican site (max once every 2 months)
- Travel expenses: fully covered by customer
- Timezone: Customer site is located in Mexico. Flexibility to work ±3/4 hours of Mexico.
- All internal meetings follow CET hours and finish by 18:30 CET at the latest and therefore Suitable for European based workers.
