Freelance SAP DRC Hungary

Energize SAP is supporting a European end client in the manufacturing sector facing urgent SAP DRC challenges in Hungary, specifically around e-invoicing and e-transport (transport reporting).

An existing freelancer is already onboarded, however due to highly company-specific and complex issues, additional senior expertise is required immediately to support a critical bug-fixing and testing phase.

Scope of Work

• Analyse and troubleshoot SAP DRC XML messages and structures
• Investigate errors in communication with Hungarian tax authorities
• Support testing and bug fixing within DRC message framework
• Work on invoice cancellation processes and related transport reporting issues
• Debug issues in:
  • XML generation and validation
  • Interface communication (DRC → authorities)
  • Error handling and message responses
• Collaborate with internal task force and external partners

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP DRC (Document & Reporting Compliance)
• Proven experience with:
  • E-invoicing in Hungary
  • E-transport / logistics reporting (Hungary preferred)
• Deep understanding of:
  • XML structures and message frameworks in DRC
  • Integration between SAP and local authorities
• Experience in testing, debugging, and resolving DRC issues
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, troubleshooting environment
